Recurrent Payment Acknowledgement
I understand that by proceeding with this purchase that I am agreeing to a monthly change on my credit card or debit card by Let's Dance. I also acknowledge that I am getting this discounted price because the volunteers and staff members will not have to manage my subscription. I further understand that I might not be able to sign up for the discounted dance pass as the same price in the future as this price may become grandfathered in and a future price may be higher.
Liability Waiver & Terms
I understand that there are risks of injury associated with all forms of dancing and that I assume such risks for myself and any dependents and agree that the Let's Dance, LLC, the staff, leadership team, and Oak Park are not responsible in any way for any injury I, my dependents, and/or guests may suffer as a result of the events, classes, dances, at Let's Dance, LLC. My entrance to the classes, and dances also implies that I consent to the use of my voice and/or image to be reproduced in Let's Dance media or any promotional material. By completing this order and submitting payment, I accept these terms!
